Om Shanti Studios 200hr Yoga School

Yoga Teacher Training

 

Traditional, deep dive into the study and practice of Yoga for a truly transformational experience.


200hrs over 4 months :

Weekend Intensives

5 live/recorded Dharma (wisdom) talks

40 classes to take / observe

20 hr personal practice

10 hr online modules + reading

10 practicum hrs (8hrs teaching + 2hrs of feedback, planning and discussion)


In Person Hours:

6 Mondays 5:30-8:30

8 Weekends:

Friday: 3hrs (5:30pm to 8:30pm or 6-9pm)

Saturday: 8am - 4pm

Sundays are typically off. Will have 3 Sundays 10-2pm

Included in your tuition are 2 private sessions with Christy. Choose between energy healing, intuitive spiritual guidance or yoga session.


200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program:

Complete all weekend hours

Attend live or watch the recorded Dharma talks

Self Study including assigned readings between weekends

Regular practice both in Studio and at home

Practicum hours


*. If a scheduling conflict arises, sometimes it is possible to record a lecture for you, depending on the content. Otherwise session may need to be made up a private rate per hour.
