Om Shanti School of Enlightenment 200hr Yoga School/

Yoga Teacher Training with Om Shanti Studios and Wild Root Yoga

 

Traditional, deep dive into the study and practice of Yoga for a truly transformational experience.


200hrs over 4 months :

7 Weekend Intensives

5 live/recorded Dharma (wisdom) talks

40 classes to take / observe

20 hr personal practice

10 hr online modules + reading

10 practicum hrs (teaching, feedback, planning and discussion)


In Person Hours:

7 Weekends:

Friday: 3hrs (6-9pm)

Saturday: 8am - 5pm

Sundays 10-4pm



Scheduled Weekends: April 8th + 22nd. May 6th + 27th, June 10 + 24th, July 8th (excluding Easter Sunday)

200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program:

Complete all weekend hours

Attend live or watch the recorded Dharma talks

Self Study including assigned readings between weekends

Regular practice both in Studio and at home

Practicum hours

Final Exam (taken orally as a group)


* If a scheduling conflict arises, sometimes it is possible to record a lecture for you, depending on the content. Otherwise session may need to be made up a private rate per hour.
